conception question

I am not sure when my last period was, but on March 21st I had an ultrasound and was told that I was 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant. How can I find out when my conception date is? Does the ultrasound tell you the exact age of the fetus or is it based on your last period?
I had sex with my boyfriend on January 21st, bled lightly on the 22nd and had sex again on the 24th, but no bleeding after. would this be the time of conception?

Usually the u/s tech will "measure" the baby and base their findings on that. If they say that you are 7 weeks and 2 days preggers on March 21st, then that would mean that you conceived on January 29th. You may not have had sex after the 24th, however, sperm can survive within the woman's body for up to 7 days. So, it falls right into the time frame.

Anyways, to answer your question, you most likely conceived on January 29th.
