Ingredients
1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust
1 (12 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
2 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup pepperoncini (pepper rings)
1 cup chopped red onion
2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 Top prepared pizza crust with sauce, depending on how much you like. Top with chicken, cilantro, pepperoncini, onion and cheese.
3 Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
