Meat loaf
2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup warm water
1 pakage onion soup mix
2 strips bacon
1 can (10 ounce) toamto sauce
Mix the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, water, and soup mix thoroughly. Place into meat loaf pan and cover with bacon. Pour the tomato sauce over the top. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour.
This meat loaf recipe will serve 4 to 6.
