Can be prenatal vitamins make you have a false positive at a home pregnancy tests?

I have been taking prenatal vitamins for a week or so and missed a period. I have had very tender and swollen breasts. I took a home pregnancy test, and it said that I was pregnant, so I took another, and it said I was pregnant as well. I just wondered could be prenatal vitamins causing it to show a false positive?
